IBIS open forum (at Designcon05) Mon - January 31st was very well attended
with some excellent presentations including one two on PDS.
Kim presented IBIS Quality Slides and they were well received

- Continued review of Straw Horse List of IBIS parser bug checks

Goal is to reviewed list of checks to submit as bugs to parser. Mike has implemented all of the parser bug updates into the IBIS quality Spec.
This provides one reference document for all the information. Continued to walk through the list of checks generated stopped at 4.1.12
The 3 major categories were BUG warning, BUG caution or DONE. Discussion regarding Levels 0 and 1
level 0 means checked by software
level 1 implies manual check (i.e. to data sheet)
If level 1 checks can be automatically checked in parser does that make them level 1 ?
Further  review and discussion of levels deferred till next time
